Care for your data, from the start.
This notice explains how information is used within the Fextan Reign recruitment platform.
Information that supports recruitment.
The platform stores account details, candidate or company profiles, vacancy information, applications, uploaded documents, staff requests and support messages. The fields you choose to complete determine the professional information in your profile.
- Authentication details managed through Supabase Auth.
- Professional profile and application records.
- Staffing briefs and contact enquiries.
Access follows your recruitment role.
Candidates can access their own records. Employers manage their company and vacancies and receive a limited view of applicants. Authorised Fextan administrators can access recruitment records to operate the service.
- CVs are stored in private document storage.
- Employers do not have general access to the talent database.
- Public company profiles omit private account contacts.
Recruitment and service communication.
Information supports applications, candidate review, staffing operations and account communication. Transactional messages may be processed by the configured email service. Session cookies keep you signed in.
- Application and status notifications.
- Private recruitment document review.
- Contact the team to request corrections or discuss deletion and retention.
Contact details for a specific conversation.
When you send an enquiry, your name, email, category, message and any optional telephone or organization details are stored for the recruitment team to review and respond. Staffing briefs are used to understand the requested role and coordinate recruitment. Keep sensitive identity and financial information out of general contact messages.
- The enquiry form asks you to acknowledge this notice and request follow-up.
- Optional enquiry fields can be left empty.
- Use your secure candidate account for CVs and application records.
Discuss access, corrections and removal.
Contact fextanr@gmail.com to ask about access to your information, corrections, deletion or a privacy concern. A CV linked to a submitted application is kept as that application’s snapshot; replacing your current CV does not remove earlier snapshots. The team must review retention and removal requests in the context of the recruitment records involved.
- You can update your profile and replace your current CV.
- CVs already linked to applications are retained as snapshots.
- No automatic retention deadline or deletion schedule is promised by this platform.
